The Louisiana Supreme Court recently adopted statewide Uniform Rules for Family Law Proceedings in District Court, and for the Family Court for East Baton Rouge. The first link below takes you to the Uniform Rules. Do not be confused by the reference to EBR, these rules apply to the 4th JDC also.
