Any person wishing to request a language interpreter in order to participate in a court proceeding should utilize the Interpreter Request Form, if possible. Such requests should be submitted as follows: 1. Persons in Ouachita Parish requiring language interpretation assistance should complete the Interpreter Request Form and submit it by mail to the Judicial Administrator, Fourth Judicial District Court, 300 St. John Street, Suite 400, Monroe, Louisiana 71201, or by telephone at (318) 361-2250, or by fax (318) 361-2273. 2. Persons in Morehouse Parish, requiring language interpretation assistance should complete the Interpreter Request Form and submit it by mail to the Deputy Judicial Administrator, Fourth Judicial District Court, 100 East Madison, Bastrop LA, 71220, or by telephone at (318) 281-0863, or by fax (318) 283-2861. 3. Requests for interpreters should be made as far in advance as possible. For best results, please contact the designated person(s) listed above within two (2) working days of receipt of a docketing notice or at least five (5) working days before the date on which an interpreter is needed. 4. All interpretation requests should include a description of the language and/or dialect sought. The Court or its designee may request additional information if it is deemed necessary.

Cualquier persona que desea pedir un intérprete de lengua, para participar en un proceso tribunal debé utilizar el formulario de solicitud de intérprete, si es posible. Personas en Parish de Morehouse que requieren ayuda de interpretación de lengua deben terminar el formulario de solicitud de intérprete y enviar o por el correo al Deputy Judicial Administrador, el Cuarto Tribunal de Distrito Judicial, 100 East Madison, Bastrop, Louisiana 71220, o por teléfono (318) 281-0863, o por numero de fax (318) 283-2861. 3. Los pedidos para intérpretes deben de ser hecho tan pronto como sepa que se necesite. Para los mejores resultados, haga contacto con la persona designada (s) en una lista de dentro de dos (2) días hábiles del recibo de una notificación de la lista de causas, o de dentro de cinco(5) dias habiles antes de la fecha sobre la que un intérprete es necesitado. 4. Todos los pedidos para interpretación deben de incluir una descripción de la lengua y/o la dialecto que es necesita. El tribunal o una persona designada por el tribunal pueden pedir mas información si es necesario.
